Who Should Apply
We welcome applications from entrepreneurs, creators, and small business operators in Cuba who:
Are actively operating or launching a private economic activity
Demonstrate financial need or limited access to traditional business resources
Are committed to ethical business practices and community benefit
Seek mentorship, training, or material support to strengthen their project
Island Impact Fund supports individuals working to build stable income opportunities that benefit both their families and their communities.
Selected participants may receive charitable program assistance that can include:
Material support such as equipment, tools, or supplies necessary for productive activity
Training and mentorship from experienced professionals and advisors
Capacity-building guidance to improve sustainability and operational resilience
Program visibility opportunities highlighting community impact stories
Connection to a global network of supporters and mentors
All assistance is provided exclusively for charitable purposes and remains subject to program guidelines and oversight.
Types of Support We Provide
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
Be a Cuban citizen, permanent resident, or Cuban private entity operating in Cuba
Operate or propose an income-generating activity aligned with our charitable mission
Demonstrate clear objectives and responsible use of support
Commit to providing periodic progress updates
Agree to participate in mentorship or training activities when applicable
Projects must align with at least one of our program pillars:

Sustainable & Ethical Production
Encouraging responsible business practices and resource stewardship.
Cultural & Creative Innovation
Advancing cultural expression and creative industries.
Community & Social Impact

Participants selected for support agree to:
Use assistance solely for approved project purposes
Participate in mentorship and learning activities
Provide updates on progress and outcomes
Demonstrate responsible stewardship of provided resources
In certain programs, participants may voluntarily contribute back to community initiatives or future program sustainability as mutually agreed within program guidelines.
Island Impact Fund retains full discretion over all program decisions and assistance.

Application Process
1. Submit Your Application
Complete the online form describing your project, goals, and support needs.
2. Initial Review
Our team reviews submissions for eligibility, mission alignment, and clarity.
3. Committee Evaluation
Qualified applications are evaluated by an independent selection committee based on program criteria and available resources.
4. Notification & Onboarding
Selected applicants are contacted and invited to join the mentorship and support program.
